- Kayak hire on the lagoon is usually available during the day — roughly 9am–5:30pm, but check locally
- The sea side can be dangerous and may carry a red flag for rip currents — swim in the lagoon instead, and always heed the flags

About Cola Beach & Freshwater Lagoon
A secluded cove where a freshwater lagoon meets the sea, reached by a rough track north of Agonda. Palm-fringed, quiet, and made for slow afternoons: kayak the emerald lagoon, then watch the sun drop from the sand. One of South Goa's most photogenic arrivals.
It is the lagoon-and-sea double landscape, held in a single frame, that makes Cola special.
